Hand Building – Thursday Mornings 10am–12pm (6 Weeks)

Join us for this six-week, beginner-friendly hand building course designed for all skill levels. You’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of hand building, including coiling and slab techniques, while exploring texture, decoration, and surface design to create unique pieces.

Beginners will receive step-by-step guidance to build confidence with essential techniques, while more experienced makers can refine skills and pursue personal projects. Your instructor will help you strengthen your foundational skills, refine your techniques, and guide you in creating more ambitious, intentional forms, so you can feel confident in your hand building practice.

With just six students per class, you’ll enjoy personalized instruction in a relaxed, supportive studio environment.

Students enrolled in this course also receive up to 2 hours of access per week to the studio during Open Studio hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM).
